3. User Representations & Accuracy of Information

By submitting a case evaluation form, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age and possess legal authority to enter into agreements.
All information provided in your evaluation form is truthful, accurate, and complete.
You are seeking genuine legal information or evaluation regarding a personal injury incident.
You are not a competitor, automated scraper, or bot attempting to harvest information.

4. TCPA Communication Consent

By providing your mobile telephone number and submitting our online form, you expressly consent to receive communications (including voice calls, autodialed calls, pre-recorded audio messages, SMS/MMS text messages, and emails) from MVA Helpline and our participating legal network partners.
