Do Not Call (DNC) Policy

TCPA Compliance & Consumer Opt-Out Procedure | Effective Date: August 2, 2026

MVA Helpline (`www.mvahelpline.us`) is committed to maintaining strict compliance with all Federal and State telemarketing laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and National Do Not Call Registry rules.

1. Internal Do Not Call (DNC) List Policy

We maintain an internal Do Not Call (DNC) list. If you do not wish to receive telemarketing phone calls, SMS/MMS text messages, or artificial voice communications from MVA Helpline or our legal network partners, you may request to be placed on our internal DNC list.

2. How to Submit an Opt-Out / DNC Request

You can request placement on our Internal Do Not Call list through any of the following methods:

  • By Email: Send an email to hello@mvahelpline.us with the subject line "Do Not Call Request" and include your full name, telephone number(s), and email address.
  • By Text Message (SMS): Reply "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "QUIT" to any text message received from our system.
  • By Phone: Inform any intake representative during a call that you wish to be added to our Do Not Call list.

3. Processing Timeframe

Upon receiving your opt-out request, your telephone number(s) will be added to our internal DNC database within 24 to 48 business hours. Once added, you will no longer receive telephone solicitations or automated text messages from MVA Helpline. Please note that if your information was transferred to a third-party law firm prior to your DNC request, you may also need to notify that law firm directly.

4. Telemarketing & TCPA Training Standards

All personnel and contracted call partners operating on behalf of MVA Helpline receive formal TCPA compliance training. They are instructed to honor consumer requests to be added to the DNC list immediately and professionally without delay or argument.

5. National Do Not Call Registry

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) maintain the National Do Not Call Registry. You can register your home or mobile phone number at www.donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222.
